Billing, cancellation & refunds

$25 per month. The first 7 days are free and a payment method is required to start the trial. If you cancel before day 7 you are not charged.

Cancel any time from The kids & my settings page — no email, no phone call, no "are you sure" maze. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your records stay in your account.

Charged for a month you didn't mean to use? Message us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it. We don't pro-rate part-months beyond that.

The Printable Planner Pack unlocks instantly, so it's non-refundable once opened — unless something is broken or won't print, in which case we'll fix it or refund you.

The Stationery Kit + Mug can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Damaged in transit? Send us a photo and we'll replace it.

Export your records before you cancel — you can do that any time from Progress. If you delete your account, everything is removed permanently and we cannot restore it.
