By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of the children whose records you keep here.

Cool Mom Collective is a planning and record-keeping tool. It is not a school, it is not accredited, it does not issue diplomas, and it does not provide legal advice. We can't guarantee that the records you keep here satisfy your state or country's homeschool requirements — that responsibility stays with you.

Membership is $25 per month after a 7-day free trial. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. See billing & refunds for details.

Everything you write — plans, logs, posts, photos — stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the service works, and to show your community posts to other members. Delete it and we stop displaying it.

Don't harass other members, post anything unlawful, share other people's children's information, spam the community, scrape the site or attempt to break its security. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is". Keep your own backups — export your records monthly. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
